What does a standard yacht charter come with?
Charter services are inclusive of a qualified crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. Each service type offers various inclusions, for instance, sunset trips provide upscale refreshments and snacks, while business charters present meeting amenities and corporate catering.
When should I make my reservation?
To ensure availability, it's advised to book your event 2–3 weeks prior, or 4–6 weeks in advance for private events and business gatherings, particularly during the high season, which runs from May–September. This also allows for personalization time.
What's the procedure if the weather is bad?
Our foremost concern is safety. Should the captain deem the weather unsafe, we'll propose an alternate date for the charter or process a full refund. Weather forecasts are closely monitored, and we'll inform you a day prior if the weather is expected to be unsuitable.
Can I bring my own refreshments on board?
Certainly, guests are welcome to bring their own refreshments. We also provide an excellent catering service adaptable to your dietary preferences. Note that for safety, glass containers are prohibited on the yacht.
Do you accommodate guests with limited mobility on your yachts?
We endeavor to make our services accessible to all. Some boats are equipped with better facilities for those with mobility challenges. Reach out to us with your specific requirements so we can suggest the most appropriate vessel and organize the necessary arrangements.
What is your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made over 72 hours in advance receive a complete refund. If the cancellation occurs between 24–72 hours a 50% refund is processed. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure won't be refunded except in cases of unsuitable weather or mechanical failures on our part.
