Our services are provided based on availability and prevailing weather conditions. We have the authority to alter or cancel services at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservation, clients must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Supply truthful and comprehensive details
  • Remit the necessary deposit as outlined in the booking agreement
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

We consider a booking confirmed only after we have received payment and issued a formal confirmation. We reserve the right to deny service at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

We are subject to the availability of vessels and acceptable weather conditions for our charters. We make every attempt to satisfy your preferred scheduling.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Pricing information is provided in € and includes all relevant taxes unless otherwise specified. Prices may be modified at any time without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the total cost for the charter is due when booking
  • Final payment: Due 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
  • Additional charges, if applicable: Payable on completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques are accepted methods of payment. We process payments through secure, encrypted methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made over 72 hours before departure: Refund with deduction for processing fees
  • Between 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Under 24 hours before departure: No refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If our captain judges weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose to either:

  • Schedule the charter for a subsequent available date at no further cost
  • Offer a full refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there are mechanical issues with the designated vessel, we will endeavor to provide an appropriate alternative. If this is not achievable, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests are expected to:

  • Follow instructions from the crew
  • Make use of safety gear when mandated
  • Declare any medical conditions that could impact their safety
  • Stay within the assigned areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

Certain items are prohibited on board:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Excessive quantities of non-alcoholic beverages (above reasonable personal consumption)
  • Pets (unless previously authorized)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Should passenger conduct create a safety concern or interfere with others' enjoyment, we may end the charter prematurely without offering a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our financial responsibility is confined to the amount paid for your charter. We do not accept liability for:

  • Personal injuries due to passenger negligence
  • Theft or damage to personal belongings
  • Indirect or punitive damages
  • Delays caused by weather or situations out of our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our vessels and operations are covered by a comprehensive marine insurance policy. It is up to our passengers to ensure they have appropriate travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Engaging in our charter services implies acknowledgment of the intrinsic risks associated with maritime activities, and you accept the responsibility for your own safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We retain the right to adjust itineraries, paths, or schedules due to weather-related considerations, for safety, or based on operational needs. We will strive to provide options that are similarly satisfying.

9. Force Majeure

Cancellations, delays, or service changes that occur due to forces beyond our control, including, but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Governmental directives
  • Port closures
  • Equipment malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be managed as per our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our service, you agree to the collection and use of your details in line with this policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content found on our website, such as text, images, logos, and graphics, is under copyright and trademark laws' protection. Reproducing, sharing or making derivative works without our express permission is prohibited.
